Two ISAM Products Released
The Policy and Regulations Focus Area have set two COSMIC ISAM products for public release.
The first is the U.S. ISAM Regulations Repository. Led by Jay Mills of Hogan Lovells, the repository is a comprehensive list of laws, regulations, policies, and definitions relevant to in-space servicing, assembly, and manufacturing (ISAM). Guidance documents, policy statements, and white papers also appear. Each item is briefly summarized and accompanied by a link to the relevant materials or websites.
The second is U.S. Regulations 101: FCC Licensing. After a hybrid panel discussion by the same name for members of COSMIC, Stephen Duall and Samuel Karty of the FCC Space Bureau provide a summary of the event and includes answers to the questions addressed by ISAM practitioners.
