2025 Virtual Convergence Wrap-Up

COSMIC’s 2025 December Virtual Convergence brought together nearly 200 ISAM-practitioners to share ideas, insights, and innovations to further advance US leadership in space.  

These COSMIC members came from diverse backgrounds spanning from government, industry, and academia.  

Topics discussed ranged from the first cross-Focus Area product on GEO Refueling, to the Cost and Value Modeling of on-orbit servicing, to the soon-to-be-published ISAM Interfaces Report. Presentations included NASA’s ISAM State of Play, pre perspectives on satellite servicing and life extension from DAF OCEA, and Focus Area report backs from the 2026 member-leaders.
