Elozor Plotke
Mr. Elozor Plotke is currently a Corporate Engineer II at the LinQuest Corporation. He is a Professional Electrical Engineer in the State of California and holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
Mr. Plotke is currently supporting the Chief Technology Officer of the United States Space Force, Space Systems Command. In that role, he is the Chief Engineer of In-Space Developmental Test (iSDT) concept development. iSDT is a space-based persistent platform for in-space developmental test built to accommodate & space-qualify test candidates, & to exercise robotic in-Space Assembly (iSA), in-Space Manufacturing (iSM), & In-Space Robotic Servicing (iSS) techniques & processes.
Mr. Plotke has 38 years of space & ground architecture, requirements & verification development & architecture synthesis, unit & systems engineering experience with free-space laser communications, RF communication systems engineering, ground systems hardware & software, spacecraft development integration & test, spacecraft attitude control systems & electro-optical sensors, & infrared camera systems. He completed a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the California State University at Northridge, has a Professional Engineering license from the State of California, & is an INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional.
