Track 2 :
Question: In the initial mentor training you mentioned a Lunar Sourcebook as a good reference for understanding operating conditions and other constraints that would flow into requirements. I found a 778 page .pdf online that was last updated in 2014. It was not posted to a NASA repository. Is this the correct document to reference? Also, you mentioned being connected to some of the folks at NASA working the fission reactor system concepts. Are you able to refence me to some reading material so I can get familiar on the concepts and progress of the effort please?
Answer: I believe you have found the correct Lunar Source Book reference. I have convenient link here as well.

As far as the FSP info, that reference is included in the C3 2026-2027 Info Packet.

Track 5 :
Queston: Do you provide communications support to the hosted payloads? If so, what are the limits on bandwidth and communication windows.
Answer: For actual downlink we have a couple S band radios that can do 2-5 Mbps and we’ll have ~5x windows per day each around 5 minutes for downlinking. Payloads which generate lots of telemetry tend to operate in bursts, store telemetry (i.e. video files), then downlink all of it over a couple days.
