Presentation Logistics

• The COSMIC team will share the slides via Zoom
  • As a backup, your team should be prepared to share the slides via Zoom (whether on-site or remote). This can be particularly important for animations. Follow along on your own laptop, and if the animations don’t work, you’ll be able to share
• Jacob will be monitoring the Zoom chat, and that’s the best way to reach the COSMIC team during the event.
• Each presentation slot will be 30 minutes long
• Each team will have 24 minutes to present, then 4 minutes to answer questions from judges. Other attendees are asked to post their questions in Zoom. Judges will have 2 minutes to record scores and take notes.
• We will do our best to start & end on time. You will get a 1-minute warning then you may be cut off at 24 minutes.
• We highly recommend watching the other presentations if your schedule allows.
