Step 1: Access Your Original Registration Confirmation Email
- Locate your original registration confirmation email:
Subject line: “Registration Confirmed – COSMIC Kickoff”
In this email, you will find a link labeled “View or modify your registration” Click on this link to begin the process.
Step 2: Navigate to the Registration Page
- After clicking the link, you may be directed to enter your Confirmation Number, which can be found on the Confirmation Email.
- Click on “Modify Registration”, located beneath your Registration Summary.
- If no other details of your registration need to be modified, you can simply click through the pages until you reach the “Fees” page.
Step 3: Modify Your Admission Item
- On the “Fees” page, you will see “Virtual Attendee” selected as your admission item. To change to in-person attendance, select the button next to “In-Person Attendee.”
Step 4: Proceed to Payment
- Continue through the registration process until you reach the payment page. Here, you will need to submit payment for the difference in cost between virtual and in-person attendance.
Step 5: Confirmation and Finalization
- Once you’ve completed the payment, your registration will be updated to in-person attendance. You will receive a confirmation email with your revised registration details.
